1- Run A Malware Scan

The main goal of these apps is to detect a virus on your mobile device and remove it to make the phone go back to its optimum condition. You can also download apps that run in the background and keep scanning for viruses and malware in real-time on your mobile device.

Step 1: Go to Google Play store and search for “anti-virus apps for Android

Step 2: Install the app. Make sure to read user reviews and make sure the app has a rating of at least 4 out of 5 to ensure accuracy.

Step 3: Open the app and tap on the Scan button. Wait while the app scans your cell phone and files for any malicious program.

Step 4: If a threat is found, the app will show you a resolution to remove that threat. Go as the application says and the threat will be resolved.

Step 5: If the app identifies any malicious apps that are causing the problem, uninstall the apps and restart your mobile.

2- Uninstall The Malicious Apps Manually

This method to clean your phone from virus requires a little more complex steps compared to the first one. Here you will have to manually detect the apps causing the trouble and remove them. For this follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go into safe mode. You will find many ways of getting your phone into safe mode. If the mobile behaves find in the safe mode, it means the mobile is infected with a virus and needs to be cleaned. If done correctly, your phone should have the words “Safe Mode” mentioned on the bottom of the screen after you turn it on.

Step 2: identify the apps that are causing trouble. Open the Settings of your phone and select Manage Apps (or any other variant, depending on your phone and he version of Android OS).

Step 3: Select the Downloaded tab and see all the apps downloaded and installed on your phone devices. Look for apps that seem suspicious and click “Uninstall”. If you find this option disabled, go to step 4.

Step 4: Remove administrative access to your phone. Go Back to Settings and select “Security” (or any other variant). Now select “Device Administrators” and see if the apps containing viruses have access. If it does, tap on the app and select “Deactivate”. Now you can uninstall the malicious app.

Remove Virus From an iPhone
